Exceeded Expectations on Photo Blankets

I ordered a queen size photo blanket and added 3 pictures that were not good quality. Other photo blanket companies advised the pictures weren't quality & wouldn't print well. I took a chance at Photo Affections & the pictures on the bereavement blanket came out clear & exceptional. The quality of the blanket was nice & soft but was more like a accent throw than a blanket but it still exceeded my expectations. I took another chance & had another blanket created as a mother's day gift with 14 photos. I used photos from 1950, 60, 70, 80. I did take a picture of these old cracked photos with my camera phone & tried my best to alter them myself before submitting the photos on the blanket. Even so the photos I took wouldn't have been considered quality. Nevertheless all 14 photos came out exceptionally well, the pictures were clear and lifelike. The blanket was absolutely beautiful! Such a beautiful presentation for a gift. Thanks again Photo Affections! Since I didn't want personal pictures on the internet I included my receipts of purchase as proof of purchase.

Never order Christmas cards from this site

Cards arrived late so I wasn't able to mail them until after Christmas, even though they were promised well in advance. The order was also 10 envelopes short of the 60 I ordered, and I was given a mere $1.80 refund on an $80 order! VERY disappointing and will never use this site again. Only plus was the quality was decent.

I ordered 3 picture coffee mugs for a…

I ordered 3 picture coffee mugs for a Christmas order on 12/10. The shipping stated that the mugs would arrive before Christmas. They showed up at separate times 3-5 days after Christmas. 2 of the 3 mugs had quality control issues. 1 mug was blurry with the writing and pictures. The other mug cut off one of my pictures. Keep in mind they sent me proofs to approve and they proofs didn’t match what they sent me. They sent me 2 replacement mugs. The blurry one was corrected. The one with a picture cut off was the same. I called again and they said this time they would have the design team send me a new proof to approve then also do a physical inspection of it before it ships. I never got a proof but rather they sent me another identical mug with a bad picture. I call customer service again and their phones were down so I had to use chat. I was told that they use a vendor to print everything and what I was told was they can’t do the physical inspection and weren’t sure why I was told that. They ended up telling me that they currently can’t fix the issue and issued me a refund. I replied with why can’t they fix the issue?? They kept printing the pictures incorrectly and didn’t match the proof. They said it must be a printer issue and they will let me know when it’s fixed and then I can reorder. They requested that I send the 3 incorrect mugs back. I explained to them that this is horrible customer service at this point by making the customer have to do all this extra work rather they should let the customer keep the bad mugs (I have no use for them so I would throw them out) to avoid the customer having to repackage and find somewhere to send the mugs back...then also they should be doing the reordering for the customer internally. She claimed it was their policy. Rather then trying to fix the issue for the 4th time they gave up and wouldn’t fix their problem. Keep in mind I sent pictures and they agreed there was an issue. At the end of the chat I requested that a manager call me cell so we can work something out so that I can get a correct mug to given as a gift for Christmas. She dodged the question and i never got a manager. Last but not least my wife commented on a post on their Facebook professionally letting them know how displeased she was with what happened since their Twitter page is private (odd for a company). They deleted her post and blocked her. There was nothing nasty about the comment she left at all they just didn’t want a negative comment on their page. Please avoid dealing with this company.

Don't order from here!

I ordered a photo canvas print for my son for Christmas. They had plenty of time and promised it would be here by 12/22/2020. Well my Christmas is tonight and I never got it.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered a custom photo sherpa blanket as a Christmas present because it was on such a great special. I added my photos and customized the text. I reviewed the blanket 3 times before entering payment and submitting my order. When the blanket arrived the text was wrong. I e-mailed customer services and submitted a picture and never received a response. I did the live chat with customer service and they told me they received the e-mail and that the QA team would review my order and reach out to me in 1 business day. They never contacted me. I did the customer service live chat again and got the same representative who said the QA team review the order and left a note that nothing was wrong with the blanket. I said it was not correct and that I double checked my order before submitting. They told me there was nothing they could do.

No wonder they offer such great specials, they screw your order up and then refuse to fix it. Now I am out a Christmas present for my best friend. Don't waste your time with this company!

No customer service

Our cards arrived two weeks after the date and we were constantly told they were in route. They offered to reduce the price, we did not need that. They offered to reprint and send expedited and did not do it. Cards looked fine when they finally came, but now people won't receive them until 2021. The customer service people were not problem solvers and struggled with basic communication skills while reading a script. Would not use it again or recommend it. Too many other companies would have fixed the issues.

MIA Christmas cards

At first, I was impressed with the customer service. I had accidentally place two of the same photos on our card; PA notified me on December 10th that the correction was being made and the order was shipped on the 12th. Supposedly the order sat in Bolingbrook, IL for over a week. I tried calling customer service, but after sitting on hold for 20 minutes, tried the "chat" on-line. Same wait. The person I talked to said USPS was not using tracking anymore to speed things up and I would receive my order sometime between Wednesday the 16th (this was on the 17th!) and the 18th. The 18th came, and no order, but the tracking number said it was now in Chicago. Today's tracking said it's in Grand Rapids, which is about 45 minutes away from us, but I won't receive my CHRISTMAS cards supposedly until Christmas Eve. I've sent numerous e-mails and the only response I have received is a copy of my invoice telling me I've been credited for some changes I requested (not sure what that would be) and that they hope I enjoy my order. Oh, I did also receive an e-mail during all this asking if I'd like to request additional cards. I have no idea if I'll ever get my cards and what they'll end up looking like, but NEVER again will I order from this company. Once they have your money and your order they are incommunicado.

This company is a SCAM!

I ordered 2 blankets for Christmas and they never came. The company uploaded a tracking number but never actually shipped the merchandise. They simply created the shipping label. When I called their customer service, I waited for almost an hour to get through. When I spoke to a representative, they tried to lie and say that the blankets had been shipped. The USPS tracking doesn't like. They never shipped my merchandise, just created shipping labels. Such a waste of time and money. Now I don't have the Christmas presents I ordered. Stay away!

Ordered on 12/09/2020. Still have not recieved my order or any updates

Never received item that I purchased and also never received any type of update. Sounds like this happen often, unfortunately. I will never use services again and will be sure to spread the word how awful and what crooks Photo Affections has proved to be.

Don't let them do custom blankets

I ordered a blanket and had them put a picture of my 2 dogs on it. When I was making the blanket it wouldn't let me make the picture on the blanket smaller so the picture was decent size and in the middle of the blanket. The picture had to be as big as the blanket. I receive the blanket and the picture takes up the whole blanket. It was way too big, couldn't tell what the picture was. It was dull, foggy, not clear and crisp like it should look for a picture on a blanket that big. Looked nothing like the sample blankets. The sample blankets with pictures on them are clear, crisp, you can see every detail on the blanket. Mine just looked like 2 dull, fuzzy blobs, couldn't tell what the picture was. I can't add a photo because I threw it out. It waS that bad. And it was a gift for my mother. Now its the 21st of December and i have to go to a store and find gifts for her now. I hate stores. I like buying online..

Photo affections

Just received the blanket I ordered and I must say that it surpasses anything that I expected! It is absolutely beautiful! My stepfather passed away in October and I got it for my mom and she loves it... thank you so much! I will be definitely telling everyone about it and also ordering more.
